Gavin Brown (rugby league)
Gavin Brown (born 18 September 1977) is a former English rugby league player who competed in the 1990s and 2000s. He played mainly as a stand-off or scrum-half. He began at Milford ARLFC in Kirkstall, Leeds, and joined Leeds Rhinos in 1994. He made his Leeds first‑team debut in May 1996 against Bradford Bulls, and played for Leeds from 1996 to 1999, including a loan spell at Bramley in 1998. He later moved to the Sheffield Eagles, where he played from 2000 to 2009. He represented Great Britain Academy in 1996, including matches against France Academy and the Junior Kiwis.
