Gümmenen railway station sits in the municipality of Ferenbalm in the Swiss canton of Bern. It lies on the Bern–Neuchâtel line, operated by BLS AG. The station has two side platforms and two tracks. There is parking for 117 cars and connections to PostAuto and TPF buses. It is accessible for people with reduced mobility and lies in Libero fare zone 698. The elevation is 494 metres above sea level.

Around 840 passengers use the station on a typical weekday (2023).

Trains and services: Local trains on the Bern–Neuchâtel line stop here. The Bern S-Bahn serves Gümmenen, including the S5 between Bern and Kerzers (with connections to Neuchâtel or Avenches) and the S52 with connections toward Murten/Morat, Payerne or Ins. There is also one-way rush-hour InterRegio 66 service to Bern terminus.

History: Gümmenen used to be the northern terminus of the Flamatt–Laupen–Gümmenen line to Flamatt, but service beyond Laupen ended in 1993.
