Frank Anthony "Jelly" Jelincich (September 3, 1917 – June 27, 1992) was an American baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball for the Chicago Cubs in 1941. Jelincich appeared in four games, had eight at-bats, and made one hit. He batted and threw right-handed. He was born in San Jose, California, and died in Rochester, Minnesota, at the age of 74. His MLB debut was September 6, 1941, and his last game was September 25, 1941.
