Francisco Regalón
Francisco Regalón Cerezo (born 19 February 1987) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a central defender. Born in Algallarín, Córdoba, Andalusia, he came through Atlético Madrid’s youth system and spent six seasons with Atlético Madrid B in Segunda División B, making 116 appearances and scoring 14 goals. He debuted for Atlético Madrid B on 12 February 2006 in a 1–1 draw at AD Alcorcón. In the 2011–12 season he scored five goals in 35 matches. In June 2012 he joined CD Numancia in the Segunda División, making his league debut on 18 August 2012 in a 2–0 win over Sporting de Gijón and scoring his first Numancia goal on 25 November against Real Madrid Castilla. On 23 March 2017 he left Numancia and signed for Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa, helping them win promotion to the second tier. On 1 August 2017 he moved to Racing de Santander, and in 2018 he joined Castellón, where he played until 2021. Regalón has represented Spain at youth level, earning eight caps for the U16 team and one for the U17 team.
