Francis Marion Martin (April 1, 1830 – June 11, 1903) was an American clerk, rancher, and politician in Texas. He served as the 14th lieutenant governor of Texas from January 16, 1883, to January 20, 1885, under Governor John Ireland. Martin was a Democrat who also drew support from Populists and Prohibitionists.

He was born in Livingston County, Kentucky, to James and Elizabeth Martin. His parents died while he was young, and he was raised by William Northern Hodge. In 1850 he married Hodge’s daughter, and they had seven children.

Martin served in the Texas Senate twice: from 1859 to 1861 (representing the 22nd district) and from 1879 to 1883 (representing the 14th district). Between those terms, he was a delegate to the Texas constitutional convention in 1875. He later served as the mayor of Cleburne, Texas. Martin died on June 11, 1903, and was buried in Corsicana, Texas.
