Francis Lebrón Beltrán, born November 29, 1979, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who threw right-handed. He played for the Chicago Cubs, Montreal Expos, and Detroit Tigers, making his MLB debut on June 28, 2002, with the Cubs and his final appearance on August 24, 2008, with Detroit.

Beltrán joined the Cubs as an undrafted free agent in 1996 and spent several seasons in the minor leagues. He reached Chicago in 2002 and again in 2004. In 2004 he was traded to the Expos (the team later became the Washington Nationals). After elbow surgery caused him to miss most of 2005, he battled injuries and spent time in the minors through 2007, including with the Norfolk Tides in the Orioles system.

In 2008 he signed with the Tigers and spent most of the year in the minors at Toledo, with a brief major-league stint in Detroit. His MLB career totals include a win–loss record of 3–2, an earned run average of 5.69, and 68 strikeouts.
