Euphoria Kids is a 2020 young adult fantasy novel by Australian author Alison Evans. It follows three transgender teens—Iris, Babs, and “the boy”—as they navigate growing up. The story blends magical realism with witches, dryads, and faeries. Iris grows from a seed in the ground and Babs is described as made of fire. The title refers to gender euphoria, the joy some people feel when they are true to their gender. Evans says in the foreword that she wants readers to learn about gender euphoria, feel proud of who they are, and imagine magical, brave lives for trans kids.

In 2024, a expanded second edition was released with additional classroom discussion points to help use the book in study settings.

Reception: The Saturday Paper called it a love letter to queer and transgender teens, praising its openness and pride. Australian Arts Review called it groundbreaking and compared it to the work of Francesca Lia Block and Studio Ghibli. Artshub noted its beautiful atmosphere and strong friendships, agreeing with the Studio Ghibli comparison. Books + Publishing described the novel as quietly enchanting, and said it will mean the world to the readers it speaks to.
