Blair Farm is a historic farm near Boone in Watauga County, North Carolina. The main house was built in 1844, with additions in the 1850s, 1880s, around 1900, 1938, and in the late 1950s to early 1960s. It is a one-and-a-half-story timber-frame house with a side-gable roof and a tall rear wing. The property also includes a granary/wood shed and a carriage house. Blair Farm is one of Boone’s oldest surviving 19th-century buildings. The 9.1-acre site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 29, 2008 (reference number 08000812). The house is in the Mid-19th Century Revival style, described as a hall-parlor house. It sits on the north side of VA Route 1522, just west of its junction with Blairmont Drive, near Boone.
