Fernando Rodriguez (born June 18, 1984) is an American former professional baseball pitcher from El Paso, Texas. A right-handed thrower and batter, he stood 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 235 pounds. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in the 11th round of the 2003 draft and spent several years in the minors before making his Major League debut on May 2, 2009 with the Angels. His first game came against the New York Yankees, where he pitched 2/3 of an inning and allowed three runs (two earned).

After becoming a free agent in 2010, Rodriguez signed with the Houston Astros and played for them in 2011 and 2012. In February 2013, he was traded to the Oakland Athletics with Jed Lowrie for Chris Carter, Brad Peacock, and Max Stassi. He then had Tommy John surgery on March 28, 2013, causing him to miss the 2013 season. He returned to Oakland in 2014, making seven MLB appearances with a 1.00 ERA, and continued as a reliever through 2015 and 2016 (56 and 34 appearances, respectively). Following the 2016 season, he became a free agent and spent time in the minor leagues with the Cubs, Red Sox, and Padres organizations before ending his MLB career.

In his Major League career, Rodriguez went 11–15 with a 4.35 ERA and 242 strikeouts. His last MLB game was July 3, 2016, for the Oakland Athletics.
