Fermanagh and South Tyrone is a Northern Ireland Assembly constituency in the western part of Northern Ireland. It elects Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) to the Northern Ireland Assembly. The seat was created in 1973 for the first NI Assembly elections. It usually has 5 MLAs (since 2017); it had 6 MLAs from 1996 to 2016.

Current MLAs: Jemma Dolan (Sinn Féin), Áine Murphy (Sinn Féin), Colm Gildernew (Sinn Féin), Diana Armstrong (Ulster Unionist Party), Deborah Erskine (DUP).

Geography and boundaries: The constituency covers parts of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and Mid Ulster District Council. It usually shares its boundaries with the Fermanagh and South Tyrone UK Parliament constituency, though there were some differences during 1983–1986 and 1996–1997 due to boundary changes.

History: Members have also been elected to the 1975 Constitutional Convention, the 1982 Assembly, the 1996 Forum, and the current Assembly since 1998.
