Plot:
Chuck, a uptight college student in Los Angeles, is hired to deliver a Porsche to his boss’s daughter in Lake Tahoe, with the promise of a job if the delivery goes well. His carefree roommate Wally convinces him to swing by San Diego first. The Porsche is stolen by a local businessman, Greg Krevske, who uses the car as a grand prize in a bikini pageant. Chuck and Wally team up with Blake and Michelle, two pageant contestants, to get the car back. A rival contestant, Shawn, and her mother try to remove Blake and Michelle by luring them onto Krevske’s boat. Chuck and Wally sneak aboard to gather evidence, including the Porsche’s original license plate. They flee on WetBikes, steal Krevske’s Ferrari, and decide to reclaim the Porsche. They present Krevske’s Ferrari to the pageant as a replacement prize and hand over the incriminating evidence to the police. After spending a night with Michelle on a catamaran, Chuck and Wally manage to retake the Porsche. Shawn wins the pageant, Blake invites Wally to stay in San Diego, and Chuck and Michelle drive toward Lake Tahoe.
