George Brydges Harley Dennett Rodney, 7th Baron Rodney (28 February 1857 – 29 December 1909) was a British Army officer known for his service in the Egyptian and Nile campaigns in the 1880s. He inherited the Rodney title in 1864 after his father’s death and was succeeded by his son George Bridges Harley Guest Rodney (1891–1973).

Rodney was a captain in the 1st Life Guards from 1886 to 1888, serving in the Egyptian and Nile campaigns before moving to the Reserve of Officers in 1889. He spent much of his fortune on racehorses and gambling. In 1887, his first season as a racehorse owner, Kilwarlin won the St Leger Stakes and Humewood won the Cesarewitch Handicap. He attended the Devonshire House Ball of 1897 as King Arthur.

He also held rank as captain in the Shropshire Imperial Yeomanry from 1890 to 1897, and in 1898 became lieutenant colonel of the 16th Middlesex (London Irish) Rifle Volunteers. He was the last Rodney to live at Berrington Hall, selling the estate to MP Frederick Cawley in 1901. He later became lieutenant colonel of the 24th (County of London) Battalion (The Queen's) as the London Regiment formed, and he took an active interest in cadet corps in south London.

On 24 January 1891 at St James's Church, Piccadilly, he married Corisande Evelyn Vere Guest, daughter of Ivor Guest, 1st Baron Wimborne, and a relative of Winston Churchill. They had four sons. After the marriage, Rodney began abusing his wife and struck her eye in 1899; she left him. He moved in with Corisande’s former maid Annie Turner, and Corisande filed for divorce on cruelty and adultery, which led to a deed of separation in 1902. Rodney did not contest the divorce, and Corisande received custody of the children. On 28 January 1903, Rodney married secondly Charlotte Eugenia Probyn; they had no children. She survived him, dying in 1943.

Rodney died in Camberwell at the age of 52 and was buried at Camberwell Old Cemetery.
