Fabio Renán Ulloa Castillo (born 20 August 1976 in Tela, Honduras) is a Honduran footballer who played as a centre back. He is 1.81 meters tall.

Club career
Ulloa spent most of his career with Olimpia (1994–2005), where he helped the team win seven national championships. He also played for Victoria, C.D. Águila (two spells), Motagua, Real Juventud, Necaxa, and Deportes Savio. He won the Salvadoran Clausura with Águila in 2006 after joining them in 2005. He debuted for Necaxa in August 2010 against Motagua in a 3–0 win and scored his first goal for Necaxa in October 2010 against Deportes Savio. He moved to Savio in 2012.

International career
Ulloa played for Honduras at the 1995 FIFA World Youth Championship in the United Arab Emirates. He earned 10 senior caps for Honduras from 1994 to 2006, scoring no goals. He also participated in the 1997 UNCAF Nations Cup. His final international match was in August 2006 against Venezuela.

Personal life
Ulloa has been married three times. His first wife was Ivis Estela Parham, with whom he has a son named Favio Ulloa Jr. He later married Helena Alvarez, with whom he has a son named Sebastian Ulloa Alvarez. He had a third relationship and has a younger daughter. He lives in Santa Ana, California. In 2001 he was jailed after being accused of rape, but he was released after six days when the charges were dropped.
