Ewa Durska
Ewa Durska, born 27 February 1977 in Nowogard, Poland, is a Polish Paralympic athlete who competes mainly in the T20 shot put for athletes with an intellectual impairment. She represents UKS Barnim Goleniow and is coached by Waldemar Nowotny. Durska won Paralympic gold in shot put at the 2000 Sydney and 2012 London Games. She is a four-time World Championship gold medalist, and has competed in European Championships as well. Her Paralympic career was paused after a controversy at the 2000 Games led to her classification being removed for the next two Games.
