Estella is a northern suburb of Wagga Wagga in New South Wales, Australia. Development began in the 1980s, but growth has been slow and land is still being subdivided. It sits just south of Charles Sturt University and west of Boorooma, with Old Narrandera Road to the south and Pine Gully Road to the west. Streets are named after crop varieties and people connected to the Agricultural Research Institute. In 2012, the intersection of Avocet Drive and Booroma Street was upgraded with a dual-lane roundabout, and a new road was built to improve access to Boorooma. The 2016 census recorded 2,269 residents. The postcode is 2650. Estella is in the City of Wagga Wagga local government area, the state electorate of Wagga Wagga, and the federal division of Riverina.
