Eschatotypa halosparta, the salt and pepper fungus moth, is a moth in the family Tineidae. It was described in 1919 by Edward Meyrick from a specimen collected by George Vernon Hudson at Wainuiomata in December of that year. The species is endemic to New Zealand and has also been found near the Tui Mine in Te Aroha. A synonym for this species is Archyala halosparta Meyrick, 1919.
