Ayşe Cora
Ayşe Cora Yamaner is a Turkish professional basketball player who captains Galatasaray. She plays as a shooting guard for Galatasaray in the Turkish Women's Basketball Super League and the EuroLeague Women. She was born on March 3, 1993, in Istanbul, Turkey. She is 1.75 meters tall and weighs 69 kilograms.
Her career started in 2005 with Migrosspor, and she has played for several teams since, including Beşiktaş, Galatasaray, Edirnespor, Fenerbahçe, Botaş SK, Hatay Büyükşehir Belediye, Çankaya Üniversitesi, and İzmit Belediyespor. She rejoined Galatasaray in 2024.
Her trophies include the EuroLeague title in 2014; Turkish Super League titles in 2014, 2018 and 2019; Turkish Presidential Cups in 2011 and 2019; and Turkish Cups in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2019 and 2020. She also earned Europe Under-20 Championship medals in 2012 and 2013.
In May 2024, she signed a one-year contract with Galatasaray, and in May 2025 she signed a new contract through the end of the 2025–26 season.
