Elcione Therezinha Zahluth Barbalho (born December 5, 1944 in Belém, Pará) is a Brazilian pedagogue and politician from Pará. She has been a Federal Deputy for Pará since 2007 and is a member of the Brazilian Democratic Movement. She chairs the Defense of Women’s Rights Committee in the legislature. She was the first lady of Pará during her ex-husband Jader Barbalho’s terms as governor (1983–1987 and 1991–1994). She is the mother of Helder Barbalho, the current governor of Pará. She studied pedagogy at the Federal University of Pará and worked as a teacher. Spouse: Jader Barbalho (divorced). Parents: Domingos Salim Zahluth and Nair Rodrigues de Brito Zahluth.
