Elcione Therezinha Zahluth Barbalho (born December 5, 1944 in Belém, Pará) is a Brazilian pedagogue and politician from Pará. She has been a Federal Deputy for Pará since 2007 and is a member of the Brazilian Democratic Movement. She chairs the Defense of Women’s Rights Committee in the legislature. She was the first lady of Pará during her ex-husband Jader Barbalho’s terms as governor (1983–1987 and 1991–1994). She is the mother of Helder Barbalho, the current governor of Pará.
