At the 2021 European Athletics U23 Championships, the women's 20 kilometres walk was held at Kadriorg Stadium in Tallinn, Estonia, on July 9. Twenty athletes from 11 countries competed. Meryem Bekmez of Turkey won in 1:33:08, with Pauline Stey of France taking the silver and Antia Chamosa of Spain earning bronze.
