Edward Wiggins

Edward A. Wiggins (March 13, 1933 – March 9, 2015) was a Democratic politician from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 186th district from 1977 to 1988. He was born in Philadelphia and died there from heart failure at the age of 81. He was preceded in office by Earl Vann and succeeded by David Shadding.
