Arthur Edward Rory Guinness, 4th Earl of Iveagh, is an Anglo-Irish aristocrat and businessman from the Guinness family. He was born in 1969 and was known as Viscount Elveden before he inherited the earldom in 1992 when his father died. He sat in the House of Lords as a crossbencher until 1999, when most hereditary peers were removed from the Lords.

In 2001 he married Clare Hazell; they had two sons, including Arthur, Viscount Elveden (born 2002), but they later divorced in 2021. He lives at Elveden Hall in Suffolk on the Elveden Estate, a large farming and woodland estate of about 22,500 acres.

In 1999 he sold Farmleigh, the family home near Dublin, to the Irish government for €29.2 million.
