Dun Law

Dun Law is a hill in the Lowther Hills, part of the Southern Uplands in Scotland. It reaches 677 metres (2,221 feet) in height, with a prominence of 105 metres. It is located in South Lanarkshire. The name Dun Law means "Fort Hill." The hill sits on the ridge above Green Lowther, the highest point on the range, and most walkers climb it from the northeast. Dun Law is listed among several hill classifications (Donald, Hu, Tu, Sim, D, GT, DN and YN). Its OS grid reference is NS 91669 13651 and it appears on OS Landranger maps 71 and 78.
