Donald Gorman (born 1937 or 1938) is a former New Hampshire politician and chimney sweep. He served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives representing Deerfield after being elected in 1992 and re-elected in 1994, serving four terms as a Libertarian. In 2002 he was elected an at-large member of the Libertarian National Committee. He also worked as a chimney sweep.

In 1993 Gorman introduced bills to help homeowners by allowing mortgage grace periods and loan term changes to prevent foreclosures, and he drafted a bill to repeal New Hampshire’s business enterprise tax. In 1994 he sponsored a resolution warning that the federal government could dissolve if the national debt reached $6 trillion, and he proposed broadening the state’s definition of a political party to include any party that won at least 3% of the vote in a governor, U.S. Congress, or New Hampshire Executive Council election. That year he served as chair of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire.

In 2000 he sought the Libertarian presidential nomination, which ultimately went to Harry Browne. In 2005, as political director of the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, Gorman led tours of the state capitol and trained Free State Project members in New Hampshire politics. He was elected to the Deerfield School Board in 2002.
