Lamar Fisher
Lamar P. Fisher is an American politician and auctioneer. He was the Mayor of Pompano Beach, Florida, from March 2007 to November 2018, after winning the job unopposed in 2007. In November 2018, he was elected to the Broward County Commission from the 4th district, taking over from Chip LaMarca. He serves as a Broward County Commissioner and is a Democrat. He was the Vice Mayor from November 16, 2021 to November 29, 2022, under Mayor Michael Udine. He then served as Mayor of Broward County from November 29, 2022 to November 28, 2023, with Nan H. Rich succeeding him. Fisher is the CEO and President of Fisher Auction Company.
