Dolabrosaurus

Dolabrosaurus is an extinct reptile from the Late Triassic. It belongs to the family Drepanosauridae and is part of the larger Drepanosauromorpha group. Fossils have been found in the Chinle Formation in New Mexico, USA. The genus, Dolabrosaurus, includes the species Dolabrosaurus aquatilis, described by Berman and Reisz in 1992. It lived during the Norian stage, about 221.5 to 205.6 million years ago.
