Djama Ali Moussa Zayli'i (Jaamac Cali Muuse Saylici in Somali; Arabic: جمة علي موسي) was a Somali politician from the area now known as Djibouti. He was born in 1910 in Awdal, British Somaliland. Before entering politics, he worked as a sailor and a merchant. His family was part of the Gadabuursi clan, specifically the Mahadcase, Bahabar Celi section of the Dir clan.

He became the first Somali Senator and the head of state of Djibouti (then French Somaliland). In 1946, he was elected as the first representative of French Somaliland to the French National Assembly, and in December 1946 he was chosen as the first Somali head of state of French Somaliland. Djama Ali Moussa passed away on 19 November 1959, at the age of about 49.
