Digital Scrapbook Artist is a proprietary Windows program by Serif for digital scrapbooking. It runs on Windows XP, Vista, and 7 and is built as a vector graphics editor with features tailored for scrapbooking. It shares code with Serif’s DrawPlus. Key features include photo frames, automatic photo flow into frames, asset management for backgrounds, layouts, and embellishments from pack files, a cut-out studio, photo adjustments, and realistic filters. It also provides high‑resolution photo assets and can export 300 DPI images for printing or sharing online. The latest stable release is version 2.0, released on June 4, 2009.
