Diane Charlie-Puna
Diane Charlie-Puna is a public servant in the Cook Islands. In 2018 she was named secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure, after previously serving as the ministry’s director of corporate services. She spent 15 years in public sector management and leadership before taking on that role. She holds a Master of Philosophy degree with First Class Honours, supervised by Tania Ka'ai and Rachael Ka'ai-Mahuta, and earned an MBA in 2011. She also serves on the board of the Pacific Water and Wastewater Association.
