Dennis Eilhoff (born 31 July 1982) is a German former professional football goalkeeper. He was born in Witten, West Germany, and is 1.90 m tall.

Youth career: SC Delbrück (1990–1994), TuS Paderborn-Neuhaus (1994–1996; now SC Paderborn 07), Arminia Bielefeld (1996–2000). He also played for Germany’s Under-17 team as a youth.

Senior career:
- 2000–2006: Arminia Bielefeld — 5 appearances
- 2006–2008: on loan to TuS Koblenz — 50 appearances
- 2008–2011: Arminia Bielefeld — 94 appearances
- 2011–2012: Dynamo Dresden — 9 appearances
Total: 158 league appearances, 0 goals.

Career notes:
- Early on, he couldn’t secure a regular spot at Arminia because of goalkeeper Mathias Hain.
- He became the regular keeper at Koblenz in the 2006–07 season.
- He returned to Arminia in 2008–09; after Rowen Fernandez was injured, Eilhoff played most of the first half of the season and earned a contract extension to 2011 in February 2009.
- He stayed with Arminia even after their relegation to the 2. Bundesliga.
- In June 2011, he left Arminia and joined Dynamo Dresden on a one-year contract, debutting on 15 July 2011 against Energie Cottbus; he was released after one season.

Education and life after football:

- After retiring from football, he works as a police officer.
