Dean Brody is the debut studio album by Canadian country singer Dean Brody. It was released on April 28, 2009, through Broken Bow Records and produced by Matt Rovey. The recording took place at The Castle in Franklin, Tennessee, and at The Sound Station, Wedgewood Sound, and The Padded Room in Nashville. The album runs 41 minutes and 28 seconds and has 11 tracks, with Brody writing or co-writing nine of them.

Singles from the album include "Brothers" (released 2008), "Dirt Roads Scholar" (2009), "Gravity" (2009), and "Undone" (2009). In the United States, "Brothers" was Brody’s only country chart hit. In Canada, the album fared better, producing three top-10 singles: "Brothers," "Dirt Roads Scholar," and "Undone."

Critics gave favorable notes about the songwriting and Brody’s individuality. Country Weekly gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars, praising the well-written lyrics. Roughstock called it a fantastic collection of traditionalist modern country, even though it wasn’t a big U.S. hit. The single "Brothers" won the 2009 Canadian Country Music Association Song of the Year, and "Dirt Road Scholar" was the most-played music video for a new artist in Canada in 2009. The next album by Dean Brody would be Trail in Life in 2010.
