David Ronald Pipe (born 5 November 1983 in Machen, Wales) is a Welsh former professional footballer who played mainly as a midfielder or full-back. He started his career with Coventry City, making his first-team debut in 2002 and scoring his first goal that year. He then played for Notts County, Bristol Rovers (with a loan to Cheltenham Town), and later joined Newport County in 2011.

At Newport, Pipe helped the team reach the FA Trophy final in 2012 and, as captain, led them to promotion to the Football League in 2013. Off the field, in 2010 Pipe was jailed for 38 months for a separate incident involving violence.
