Darltie Cooper, nicknamed Dolly, was an American Negro league pitcher who played between 1923 and 1940. He was born on August 2, 1902, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and died on February 13, 1944, in Schenectady, New York. He batted and threw right-handed. Cooper made his Negro leagues debut in 1923 with the Indianapolis ABCs and finished his career in 1940 with the Newark Eagles.

Over his career he played for many teams, including the Harrisburg Giants, Hilldale Club, Homestead Grays, Baltimore Black Sox, Washington Pilots, Philadelphia Bacharach Giants, and Newark Eagles. He led the Eastern Colored League in ERA in 1927. He was the brother of fellow Negro league player Anthony Cooper.
