2019–20 Southern Illinois Salukis men's basketball team
The 2019–20 Southern Illinois Salukis men's basketball team represented Southern Illinois University Carbondale in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I season. After longtime coach Barry Hinson stepped down following the 2018–19 season, Bryan Mullins was hired on March 20, 2019 to lead the Salukis. In Mullins's first year, the team played home games at the Banterra Center in Carbondale, Illinois and competed in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). The Salukis finished 16–16 overall and 10–8 in MVC play, finishing fifth in the conference. They were eliminated in the MVC tournament quarterfinals by Bradley. Assistant coaches were Brendan Mullins, Pat Monaghan, and Jevon Mamon.
