Dalton Piercy is a small village and civil parish in the borough of Hartlepool, County Durham, England. The population was 289 at the 2011 census (including Brierton).

The village sits about 1 mile east of the A19 and 1 mile west of Hartlepool, just north of the Teesside industrial area. It has a village hall but no shops. Most homes are built around a central village green, with some newer cul-de-sacs to the west.

In May 2021, the parish council, along with the councils of Elwick, Hart, and Greatham, voted no confidence in Hartlepool Borough Council and expressed a desire to rejoin County Durham.
