Miyi County
Miyi County is in the far south of Sichuan Province, China, and is governed by the city of Panzhihua. The county covers about 2,153 square kilometers and had a population of around 227,000 in 2020, with a density of roughly 105 people per square kilometer. The county seat is Panlian. Miyi is made up of 7 towns and 4 ethnic townships, including communities of Nuosu and Lisu peoples. The area uses China Standard Time (UTC+8). Its Chinese name is 米易县 (Mǐyì Xiàn).
