D-A-D, also known as Disneyland After Dark, is a Danish hard rock band from Copenhagen. They formed in 1982 and changed their name to D-A-D to avoid a lawsuit from Disney.

Original members were Jesper Binzer, Stig Pedersen, Peter Lundholm Jensen, and Lene Glumer. Lene left in 1982, and Jesper’s brother Jacob Binzer joined in 1984. Their first album, Call of the Wild, came out in 1986. The group’s international breakthrough happened in 1989 with the Warner Records release No Fuel Left for the Pilgrims, which featured the hit “Sleeping My Day Away.”

The current lineup is Jesper Binzer, Jacob Binzer, Stig Pedersen and Laust Sonne. One of their biggest shows was opening for Böhse Onkelz at their farewell festival in 2005, drawing about 120,000 people at Euro Speedway Lausitz.

D-A-D has been active since 1982 and has worked with Mermaid, EMI, and Warner Bros. US (1989–1992). Notable members include Jesper Binzer (founder, also drums for The Whiteouts), Jacob Binzer (Jesper’s brother), Stig Pedersen (bass guitarist known for two‑string basses and distinctive shapes), and Laust Sonne (drummer since 1999).
