Ctenostoma maculicorne, the spotted-horn comb-mouthed beetle, is a species of tiger beetle. It lives in Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico. It inhabits low- to mid-elevation rainforests and cloud forests. The species has also been called Procephalus maculicornis and Ctenostoma sigma.
