Csepreg
Csepreg is a town in Vas County, Hungary, on the Répce River. It covers about 49.5 square kilometers and had 3,241 residents in 2015. The mayor is Zoltán Horváth, elected on November 13, 2019. Tourism, especially camping and fishing, is an important part of the local economy. The town council approved a plan for a metal finishing factory after an earlier proposal was rejected. Csepreg’s football club was founded in 1924, and its biggest achievement was winning the Vas County First Division in 1996–97. In 2019–20 the team played in the Vas County First Division under coach Zsolt Steiner. Csepreg is the largest town on the Répce River.
