Csaba Horváth (born 2 May 1982) is a Slovak former footballer who played as a centre-back. He played for clubs in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Poland, including AS Trenčín, ADO Den Haag, Zagłębie Lubin, and Piast Gliwice, and finished his career with ŠTK 1914 Šamorín. He earned one cap for Slovakia in 2009, making his debut in a 1–1 friendly against Iceland. After retiring, Horváth became president of ŠTK 1914 Šamorín. He is 1.90 m tall.
