Crown Canyon

Crown Canyon is a private, planned residential community in Paradise Valley, Arizona and is known as one of the state’s most expensive neighborhoods. It is a joint venture between BedBrock Development and Crown Canyon Capital, founded by Kevin Groman, who bought land in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve for the project. Groman hired Rich Brock and BedBrock Developers to build the homes. The houses are designed in a Sonoran Contemporary style with influences from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Prairie-style architecture. Within Crown Canyon is a site called Amethyst, which includes an 18,000-square-foot residence. Coordinates: 33°32′30″N 111°59′44″W.
