Coughton railway station

Coughton railway station served Coughton in Warwickshire, England. It was on the Barnt Green to Evesham line and opened on 4 May 1868, built by the Evesham and Redditch Railway. The station had one platform and a brick building with a short siding. It closed on 30 June 1952. The nearby road bridge beside the platform has since been demolished, and Sambourne Lane now runs where the bridge stood. The station building survives as a private residence, though it has been heavily altered, and the platform edge is still visible.
