Hans Pesser
Hans Pesser, full name Johann Erik Pesser, was an Austrian football forward and coach. He was born on 7 November 1911 in Vienna and died on 12 August 1986 in Vienna. He played as a striker, mainly for SK Rapid Wien from 1930 to 1942.
Internationally, he played for Austria from 1935 to 1937, earning 8 caps and scoring 3 goals. After Austria joined Germany in 1938, he played for the Germany national team from 1938 to 1940, earning 12 caps and scoring 2 goals, and he participated in the 1938 World Cup.
As a coach, Pesser led Rapid Wien from 1945 to 1953, Wiener Sportklub from 1953 to 1960, Admira Wien from 1960 to 1967, and the Austria national team from 1967 to 1968. He won seven Austrian championships and three Austrian Cups as a coach.
