Conus lamberti
Conus lamberti is a venomous cone snail living in the sea near New Caledonia. It preys on other animals and can sting people, so handle it with care or not at all. The shell is smooth, about 70–114 mm long, orange-brown with large white patches arranged in three broad bands. It belongs to the cone snail family, Conidae.
