Conrad III, Duke of Carinthia (died 1061), was a member of the Ezzonid family who ruled as Duke of Carinthia and Margrave of Verona from 1056 until his death. He was the son of Hezzelin I of Zülpichgau and the brother of Henry I of Lotharingia; his mother may have been a daughter of the former Carinthian duke Conrad I. In 1055 he joined a rebellion against Emperor Henry III with his cousin Duke Conrad I of Bavaria and Duke Welf of Carinthia. After Henry III died, his widow Agnes of Poitou pardoned him and gave him the Carinthian duchy in 1056. Conrad struggled to impose his authority on the powerful local nobility and may never have visited Carinthia. He died about five years after taking the throne and was succeeded by Berthold II of Zähringen. He was married to Judith of Bohemia.
