Colin Reilly (born 4 September 1982) is a Scottish football manager and former professional midfielder. He was born in Bellshill, Scotland, and is 1.78 m tall.

Reilly started at Dundee United as a youth player but never made a first-team appearance and left in April 2002. He then joined Greenock Morton in July 2002, making five league appearances. In his third game for Morton, he was involved in a knee-high tackle that injured former teammate Sean O'Connor and earned a red card. He played four more league games, with his last appearance in November 2002. After Morton, he played professionally in South Africa and later worked as a manager in Dubai.

Returning to Scotland, Reilly became manager of Vale of Clyde in August 2021. In March 2023 he moved to Arthurlie as manager. He led Arthurlie to the final of the 2023–24 Scottish Junior Cup, the club’s first final since 1998. On 17 March 2025, Reilly left Arthurlie by mutual consent.
