The Cake Theater in Laconia, New Hampshire, is a historic building on Veterans Square. It was built in 1836 for a Congregationalist church and originally showed Greek Revival style. In 1871, the exterior was significantly altered: the building was raised to add a second floor and a taller tower was added, giving the structure a different look.

The church was damaged by a citywide fire in 1902 and was bought by a Baptist congregation, who moved the building to its current location in 1903. The top of the tower was toppled by the New England Hurricane of 1938, and a new steeple and bell were installed.

The Evangelical Baptist Church used the building until 2013, when they moved to Lakeport. It became The Holy Grail Restaurant and Pub in 2014, but the restaurant closed in 2017. In May 2020, reports said the building was purchased by Justin Spencer of Recycled Percussion.

The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1985.
