Club Hoy were a Sydney-based Australian pop‑rock band that stayed active from 1989 to 1993. The group started with Penny Flanagan and Julia Richardson, later joined by Bernie Hayes (bass) and Vincent Sheehan (drums). They released one studio album, Thursday's Fortune, in 1991.

Their first single, "On and On," came out in 1990. In early 1991 they released the double A-side "Da Da Da Da" / "Green and Blue." In September 1991, they issued "House on Fire," the lead single from Thursday's Fortune. A second single from the album appeared in 1992. That year they released two EPs, including Trumpets, which featured the track "You Promised, You Said."

In 1992, Club Hoy provided vocals and appeared in Grant McLennan’s music video for "Surround Me." The band broke up in 1993. Afterward, Penny Flanagan pursued a solo career, while Julia Richardson and Bernie Hayes formed The Troublemakers.
