Claude Michael Fiocca (1931–March 31, 2001) was an American politician and a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. A Democrat, he represented the 40th district from January 3, 1967, to December 31, 1974, and was the first person to hold that seat. He was born in Akron, Ohio, in 1931 and died in Akron on March 31, 2001, at age 69. He lived in Akron, Ohio.
