Sarva Dharma Sammelan, meaning “Meeting of all faiths,” is a series of interfaith gatherings held in several places across India. They are usually organized by the Jain community to reflect the Jain idea of anekantavada, which means truth has many sides.

The best-known gathering is at Dharmasthala every year since 1932, organized by Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala under Veerendra Heggade. The movement was started by Manjayya Heggade, who served as dharmadhikari from 1918 to 1955.

Other Sammelans have been held in Delhi, Calcutta, Chennai, Jabalpur, Bangalore, and other cities.

The Sammelan has featured notable figures; for example, the late Osho began his public talks at the Jabalpur Sarva Dharma Sammelan, which has been held since 1939 and organized by the Taran Panthi Jain community. He participated there from 1951 to 1968.

A core aim of Sarva Dharma Sammelan is to promote harmony and coexistence among all religions.
