Erickson is an unincorporated urban community in the Municipality of Clanwilliam–Erickson, in western Manitoba, Canada. It sits on Highway 10 in the Parkland Region and is about 632 metres above sea level, making it the highest settled place in Manitoba. The Altitude Festival is held there to celebrate this distinction. Agriculture is the main local industry.

Erickson began as a Canadian National railway point in 1905. A post office opened in 1908 and was first named Avesta, after a town in Sweden. Soon after, the post office moved near the railway station, which became Erickson Station. The station was named for postmaster E. Albert Erickson. In 2015, Erickson changed from a town to an unincorporated community.

In the 2021 census, Erickson had 473 residents living in 231 of its 268 private dwellings, up from 461 in 2016. The area covers 1.29 square kilometres, for a population density of about 367 people per square kilometre.
